Party-Planner (a sole proprietorship operated by Saurav Gupta) ("Party-Planner", "we", "us") operates a Business to Business (B2B) marketplace that connects corporate buyers with venues, restaurants and caterers in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
1. Who we are
The platform is operated by Party-Planner (a sole proprietorship operated by Saurav Gupta) from Amrapali Silicon City, Sector 76, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309. Party-Planner is the brand name used for this buyer website.
2. What Party-Planner does
Party-Planner is a facilitator and marketplace. We help authorised Human Resources (HR), admin and organiser teams discover event options, request quotes, make payments and coordinate service delivery. We are not the venue, restaurant, caterer or food supplier unless a separate written contract says otherwise.
3. Eligibility
Buyers must be organisations acting through authorised staff. Suppliers must be genuine businesses with a written arrangement with us before they accept bookings through the platform.
4. Bookings and payments
A booking is confirmed after payment of a 25% advance and the remaining balance as stated for that booking. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, bank account or Unified Payments Interface (UPI) credentials.
5. Fees and taxes
Our fees, buyer charges and tax disclosures are described on the Pricing page. Goods and Services Tax (GST) may apply to supplier services and to our own service fee, where charged. A supplier tax invoice is issued under the supplier's GST registration where applicable. Our own service fee invoice, where charged, is issued separately by us.
6. Tax Collected at Source
As an Electronic Commerce Operator (ECO) under Section 52 of the Central Goods and Services Tax (CGST) Act, 2017, Party-Planner collects 1% Tax Collected at Source (TCS) on the net value of taxable supplies made through the platform where applicable and deposits it with the government.
7. Supplier obligations
Suppliers are responsible for accurate listings, lawful operations, applicable licences, service quality, invoices, staff conduct and their own grievance contacts. Caterers and food service providers are expected to maintain applicable Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) compliance.
8. Buyer responsibilities
Buyers must provide accurate event requirements, authorised billing details, head count, venue access information and any dietary or safety requirements needed to deliver the service.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, supplier cancellations, force majeure and refund handling are governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, submit false information, impersonate another organisation, interfere with platform security, post false reviews or use the service for unlawful activity.
11. Liability
We coordinate the booking and support refund handling. Supplier service delivery remains the supplier's responsibility. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction over Noida, Uttar Pradesh will hear disputes, subject to applicable consumer and statutory remedies.
13. Changes
We may update these terms when the platform, law or payment flow changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
14. Contact and grievance
