Financial and tax records are retained as required by law. Other personal data is retained while your relationship with us is active and for a reasonable period needed for support, audit and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised.

We use reasonable security practices to protect information. Payment data is handled by Razorpay. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce unauthorised access, misuse and loss.
